Can i put a 700 x 20 mich pro 3 on these wheels, manual apparantly says 23 to 25 but surely 20ml is ok?

It'll depend on the internal rim width (Sheldon Brown does a good guide, the table at the bottom of the page sums things up) I think Campy only give the external width I think on their spec sheet ; I think you'll be OK (as I doubt you have 35mm tyres at present) but check
