Can anyone link me to the 'Cyclists - you've already won' anecdote?

This is a long shot - I recall this few paragraphs of text/anecdote being posted here a long while back. It was a sort of short story that described how the cyclist no matter what, had 'already won'. Mentioned things like 'As you sit in that traffic jam in your car and the cyclist passes the line of cars you re waiting behind......he's already won' etc, goes on like that for a bit covering various other scenarios in which the cyclist 'wins' over other road users.

I know I'm being a bit vague but hopefully someone here will recall it?.
