Sorry for the huge picture but I hope someone can let me know what kind of rack/panniers effort that I can put on the back of this...

Just about any rack comes with the bits and pieces to fit to this bike. You appear to have the mounting holes near the rear axle and you can get adaptors (usually come with the rack) to fit to the rear stays. Effort required. About 20 mins provided you don't have to mess about around the rear disk.

You would need disc specific RACK (Edited) Panniers, and 'p' clips for the seat stays near the top. If you want to fit guards as well, you'll need to get creative as there is one set of mounts.

But having said that, I've never bothered with a rear guard, when I've had a pannier rack fitted. It's a bit too much 'belt and braces'. The rack effectively works as a guard IMO

Figured if a Rack and Panniers will go on easy enough, I'll forgoe the rear guard. If not I'd look into seatpost based efforts.

Guards stop all the sh1t going up your back - A rack who't give full cover.

Thats why I put IMO. I knew someone'd disagree. I actually started with a guard. It got damaged and I noticed no discernable difference , so didn't bother putting it back on.
