Make it a tourist attraction, with hologram Beatles and all the other toot that goes with the territory. A souvenir "Cut your own favourite tracks" booth, Beatles ice cream, McCartney's 'Color Me Chestnut Hair Restorer'...that sort of thing. Come on...there could even be an octopus' garden out the back.
