Puzzle game procrastinator!
It used to be possible - I bought one about 10 years ago. The thing is that complete bikes are such a bargain compared to the cost of frames and parts, that it doesn't make a lot of sense to buy them separately. I paid over £500 for f/f in 2001 and felt then that I was being a bit silly - I ended up with a nice bike but it cost me nearly £2,000!

Why not just buy a complete bike?

If you already own good parts and fancy putting those on, why not buy a complete bike with cheaper parts, strip those off and sell them, and then put your better parts on?
