Today (23rd July 2011) I had my Cannondale R800 road bike stolen (same as image below, but with blue strip on front wheel and a double chain-ring not a triple). It was stolen from my communal hallway to a Victorian property in Herne Hill (Brixton). It seems someone left the door slightly open and I guess it was then a case of an opportunist walking by. Seems unlikely considering the house is set back from the road. I have lived here for two years with no problem and know it was no one in the flats above or below)....although they may have left the door open accidentally.
