3 P*******s , 1 broken valve as i pumped up the spare and sticking rear brake cable all in the space of 24 hours.

And it was - 7 according to a tin can driver who works with me on the way to work this morning. BBBBRRR

That's good going, I thought I was doing well (touch wood, taps head ). I can even remember the date of my last one 17th May 2009 but then again it was hard to avoid/ forget.

I've got at least one at the moment, picked up yesterday afternoon about 1/2 mile from home. I'd gone for a pootle with my daughter, so I was using the cycle path...

I had six in ten days for no good reason at all, two on a worn front, the rest on the rear which was new

the tyres I use have done me fine for years, I was thinking the quality had changed or something

as I was wobbling and thinking about heavier duty tyres, they stopped again, nothing now for a month, it happens I suppose

I use currently swcable lugano tyres, been ok for months then all of a sudden i get a spate of them.

They have had workmen adding a lay-by next to the bit of cycle path i use so lots of debris about and a fair amount of glass lately as well.

Coming home i use a single track road for a few miles and normally it is deserted but atm the major route is closed for repairs so i have car going past literally inches from my bars as there are no real overtaking places and its uphill so i am slogging away with no chance of keeping up.
Least i can give them a blast of on airzound
