I give it till 2015 when about 50% of English players come from the lower leagues, seeing as though as we stand, there is only 38% of English players in the Premiership

Presumably Capello has been involved in the target setting. As one of God's own (a Scotsman!) this concerns me; Capello has a proven track record wherever he's been of picking up trophies. Moreso than any other manager you've had. He could well squeeze something out of these players but don't expect to be entertained along the way!
