Car Reg number question.

Is it possible to find out the history of a particular Reg....... In particular who was the 1st registered keeper?

I mentioned ages ago that my Uncle David Smith** (who was quite wealthy)...... back in late 50s/early 60s his car Reg was DS1**
His wife (Minnie) had MS1.

I actually saw the DS1 plate near Warrington a few years back.

I don't think there are any ways to do this for free, it's not public information. You may have to apply to some sort of agency and probably pay for it. Also, that long ago would pre-date any digital record databses which might make it even harder.

I tried that and, as you suggested, it gives the present car as a range rover but blanks previous details
