Cardinham woods, bodmin

Just been for a short walk with wife and sprogs round the woods, the trails I saw look quite nice. Anyone had any experience riding them since they opened? It has a blue trail with 2 red off shoots

Might take the giant round there when I have knobblies and have a crack myself soon but have no experience of dedicated mtb trails

been up 4 a ride today . iam a 47 year old and fairly fit . its a good ride , 6.5 miles long , nice smooth track on the blue run and a bit rougher on the 2 reds . if your a good rider who does lots of tech riding then you might find it a bit 2 easy . for me it was ok and nothing to hard . needs to be rode fast to get the most out of it .

i have limited off roading experience (the clay trails are as close as i have come to proper offroading!) sounds right up my street/ability level
