I rode similar last year, the Bullit.
Mind, it was only in a park, so can't give a full review
... but: starting off is really hard work, steering it is an art that needs practiced 
can't see how you could ride this uphill loaded.
The one I tried was a fixed gear to boot!
Don't buy until you do a test ride.
