Looking at the images, that just needs a liberal does of time and elbow grease. I restored a 75 Criterium in similar condition. Good to see the Bluemels guard are still present, they are quite sought after these days. A total strip down, de-grease, de-rust and clean is all that is required. Dave Marsh at Universal Cycles can help with the Imichrome decals. Look forward to seeing more|!

Bear in mind when you restore, you can upgrade too.

This is my Continental I have had since I was 13, as you can see it been modded somewhat. This now runs 12-speed Shimano, 36 tooth rear sprocket, Shimano 105 and 600 parts, Brooks B17, GB dual pivot brakes...
