Hi, I have almost restored my Chromed Carlton Cycle GT10 from C1979, (I purchased it off my best mate in 1981/2). I am looking to find out what chain I need? I have counted 114 links and its about 140cm long. As it is so old don't know if the link sizes have changed over the years, any clue please?

Link sizes have not changed per se, but the width has to accommodate 9/10/11/12 speed gearing.
Yours will most likely be a 5 or maybe a 6 speed freewheel, so a KMC, Sram or a shimano 5-8 speed chain will be fine.
