Are the Handle bars new or old ones? I am looking for something similar for one of my projects.

they are old ones, some french make, on one side they say St Etienne

rims are velocity deep v's with the decals removed, front is radial spoked on a velocity hub, rear is a suzue flipflop hub , tires are vittoria rubino pros in white. They ride really nice. I didnt want the bike to have that stupid fixie look allot of bikes have that use the deep v's so i opted for shiny silver rather than green or orange to try and give it a retro look but im still worried it has that "messenge" wanabe look to the wheels.

just incase ur wondering about the drive , cranks are sugino RD with sugino bb , thorn 44t (3/32 but its robust) chainring with a dura ace 14t (1/8) sprocket, chain is KMC gold 1/8

Put it all together myself apart from wheels and paintjob
