grabbed this a couple of weeks ago with a horrid half a job paint attack in black and the chrome forks painted badly in blue. Wanted to see what the ain't was underneath and to check the frame. Forks were carefully cleaned to remove the paint to give a very nice pair of chrome forks probably not original.
Main reason for buying was a set of mavic aksiums and some other bits that I thought would be a bargain(that's another story ..... Stupid damn mavics).
Strange thing is it's a Workshop built frame built definitely isn't Reynolds 531 which did confuse me. It'll get a new paint job sometime and then rebuilt when I get time.
Could be any of the mass frames from 1977.
