This is a fabulous 200km ride starting at Bynea Cycle Club near Llanelli taking in the coastal path (smooth wide tarmac) around Carmarethen Bay to Ferryside then inland on mostly quiet roads for lunch at Llandovery before doing a loop through some very scenic countryside around Rhandymyrwn , Cwrt Y Cadno etc. before meandering back to the start at Bynea Cycle Club.
There is a bit of climbing to do but its not a hard 200km by any means.I did it a few years ago as my first ever 200km audax and had no problems.
Usually some food at start and finish Cafe stops at Ferryside and Llandovery and picnic area stop mid afternoon on the way back.
