Dating from 80's or possibly 70's(?) complete with bar bracket.
For those not familiar with this model, the bracket is designed for a quill stem, so may not work as well with contemporary Ahead stems.
In really good condition for age - I have the original carry shoulder strap, but the top map holder has perished. Rare item in this condition.
