Hi all,

Just receieved my first Carradice product which is a Super C saddle bag (not the audax) and I'm not sure if its right. Before I send it back and while I'm waiting to hear back from them thought I would post here incase it was right.

Basically it has the two holes where the leather straps go through to attach to the saddle loops, but there is no third hole/latch to loop the third supplied strap through on the bottom that attaches to the seat post...
Do you think this is correct and it is designed purely to be used with a support, or has one of the lasses who shall remain nameless (bless them) had a bad day?

Will post a pic later to show what I mean.

Cheers all

Thread the strap thru the holes and fasten it to itself...in a loop around the seatpost.

I don't know about the super C but my camper longflap has a leather tab which you thread a toestrap through to fasten it to the seatpost.

Thanks Jazzkat. Yeah that's what has thrown me, because the instructions (which I presume now to be generic for any Carradice saddle bag) show just what you have described.
