come on guys and girls help please

we use to use a Pet City own brand cat litter but the last bag we bought is useless after 2 days it stinks and when i empty it out its very damp in the base of the tray , e mailed them complaining heard nothing .

Have since tried a Tesco's one and found that a bit better , so asking to see what other Moggy owners use in their trays .

Would prefer to white / grey in colour and non clumping with the ability to last at least 5 days before changing it

only used by 1 cat

Look at reviews on Pets at Home website?
Or get a cat flap?

We used Catsan whilst ours was too young to go outside, we tried the cheap stuff but he was not too happy with it and we had a few accidents.

it was perfect for my two. Thankfully i no longer need it. They have discovered other peoples gardens :giggle:

he is an indoor cat so cat flap wont help him

have done the reviews and none are convincing
I suspect thus you'll get good and bad feedback. Trial and error, doubt there's a perfect product

Why's he an indoor cat? FIV positive?

When my cat got older and was a bit wobbly on her legs I found the clumping litter sold at Pets at Home very good because it didn't move around under her feet. The wet patches just lift out in a lump.

Sanicat also do a wooden pellet cat litter.
We used the pellet type years ago and prefer that type.
Mr Fussy wouldn't use it though
Now just goes into neighbours gardens .

Mine is an outdoor one, but comes back in for the toilet!
I use tesco's basic, cheapest one, really only because I have a tesco walking distance and no car.
BigCat is not complaining.
I have a covered litter box and I line it with news paper.
The litter gets changed about every 4 days, less in summer when he goes out more often, more in winter because he does not like to go out in the rain.
