OK - title probably says all. Its a CC-MC100W [Micro Wireless] and the handbook link is here, but does not tell you how to install on 2nd bike and match to that new sensor.

he cyclocomputer has the feature - 2nd bike and all wheel sizes are set up correctly, but I am absolutely unable to convince the existing micro wireless computer to see the sensor on the 2nd bike...

All batteries are fine - I have been using the existing computer & sensor on the 1st bike (and original sensor) without issue, but wanted to use the extra feature of the 2nd bike option on the computer. Have new sensor and installed it, but can't find any instructions on how to get the existing computer to pair with the new sensor... (something must have to be done to it because my OH has identical computer and if we have the wrong ones they simply don't work... so some for of pairing/linking is needed.)

anyone had this issue and know what needs to be done?

manual change between one bike and the other by wheel letter/size swap. if you select b it should pick it up, but if not rerun the set up procedure again.

I had a bit of a potch setting up the second bike on my Cateye and found it was more to do with the "line of sight" between the sensor and the computer location. I bought the cateye specifically as it was stem mounted, but all the clutter on my touring bike (brake cables, pannier rack, bar bag etc) meant I had to fiddle the sensor position so that the signal path was clear. You might try that?
