Cateye Velo Wireless Odometer?

Hi

anyone know when the odometer on a Cateye Velo rolls round to 0? I had thought it was 999 miles, but this morning mine is reading 1016 miles.

It's rolled over to 0 a few times (either that or just reset iteself), and I have no idea how far I have ridden on my bike

would have thought it would be more like 999999 miles. 999 is too low for a bike computer.

you're definitely right. I only do about two and a half thousand miles a year, though, so I probably won't have gotten to 9999, let alone 9999999.
