Hi again.
I've never been great at getting off to sleep at night, and most nights I barely have more 5 hours of shut eye.
Lately though it's been even worse and have gone through days on end of only getting around 4 hours sleep before I'm wide awake. I've trying to avoid the sleep pills "route"off the doctor at all costs but I have started to take Nytol herbal tablets. There are helping a little bit thank goodness :-).
Tonight though I noticed my cat had taken a strong interest in an empty blister packet that had once contained the Nytol tablets.
He was sniffing and rubbing his face on the empty pack and drooling like it was cat nip.
As soon as saw him doing this I took the packet away from him just in case it has any adverse effects on him.
I wonder what's in Nytol that makes cats like it so much.
He certainly liked it sure :-) :-)
