What sort of cement would be best to use on my left hand (unused) brake lever on my fixie... I have the lever on to hold on but don't have a rear brake as i never use it and it's not obligatory, so the left hand lever is unused... but the bits inside it that hold the cable rattled, so one by one I have dug them out, now the spring is out and it flaps around so i have put some blue tac in it but it doesn't hold it out when it's hung up in the garage and if it leans on something by that... so what would be a better stuff to use?
i was thinking of passing a building site and asking if they could spare a bit of concrete, but it might be a bit heavy.
Cement? Putty? nomorenailz?

Or does anybody know how to get a new spring in it.

Fit some airwing bars or similar and do away with the lever altogether? Retain different positions on bars, but save weight!!!

Put a cable back through and attack it to somewhere under the bars?
Get decent brake levers?
Or just shove any strong glue in.
I dont think cement will work, and will be pretty heavy and messy.

ideally i would have a cable operated horn. Do you know if you can get them?
Can you convert an airzound to be operated by one do you think

Ive always wanted to do that, or have a big bell that was cable operated.
Dont know if you can change an airzound to be cable operated, because its a button ontop of the horn. Not sure though, someone who more clever might be able to say.

You could try Gripfill - sticks like sh1t to a blanket...apparently!
