Great looking bike Jay, I have been eyeing up those Mavic wheels for my Scott, just need to wait until I can sort out delivery for when the wife is out.

Still haven't taken it out yet. While I was at work today the day started sunny with hardly a cloud in sight. 'Great' I thought, 'I can have a few hours in the saddle when I finish work'. As the day progressed the clouds came in and by the time I got home the winds had picked up and the first drops of rain were starting to fall. Effing typical. Within half an hour of being home it was lashing it down and it's still raining now.

I've checked BBC weather for tomorrow and at the moment they're saying its a sunny morning, clouding over in the afternoon and rain in the evening, if it stays that way I will be out tomorrow after work. Here's hoping!

I managed to take it out for a short spin today, only 10 miles but what a 10 miles. This bike is fast, very fast. My average speed was up by 3 mph and I wasn't giving it my all. Isn't carbon a smooth ride? It was gliding along the road. And it eats hills for breakfast. Shame I had to get back home but I have 2 weeks off as from Monday so I should get some proper rides in.
