Are you on the littlest ring (34) on the front and the small rings on the back? If so, don't do it.

Has it been this way since new?
Possibly the cable is not tight enough and the FD is not shifting far enough? Is the change up on front noisy or hesitant?
If not that maybe high limit screw needs loosening slightly.

If it is a band on front derailleur, you probably just need to rotate it round ever so slightly - but make sure you keep it at the same height.

Is it the whole bike that is two weeks old or just the changer? Probably should ask advice from the supplier or it might invalidate the warranty.

But probably just need to adjust the stops to allow the changer to move across a bit more.

If not against the stop, then maybe the inner cable is a fraction too long. Just need to twist the barrel adjusters a bit so that the mech moves over a bit.

Also check the band holding the mech. Are the guides parallel to the chain. An minute twist anti clockwise might do the trick as long as it doesn't create a problem at the other end of the range.

Good luck
