Challenge hurricane road bike fixer up or chuck ?

I'd fix it up, but I wouldn't bother painting it or throwing any great money at it. I definitely wouldn't dump it. I've rescued worse for minimal expense.

The one in my post belongs to @Aaron Mc Connell . Little bit of elbow grease went into it but it's perfectly rideable.

I don't understand why people Chuck stuff like that out. It's not hard to donate or give things away.
