Changing rear tyre

Hi all i am driving myself mental here trying to remove the rear tyre on my bike which does not have quick release.

Can anyone help me with this step by step and for idiots as i am clueless.
I will be doing it 2mora so if anyone has the time to write a list of things i have to do in steps then that would be really appreciated.

Can I suggest that you take it to the local bike shop and ask them to let you watch while they fit the tyre for you. It won't cost much and seeing someone else do it will give you the confidence to do it yourself next time.
