As the title, I am after a cheap hard tail MTB/Hybrid/Tourer 18 to 20 inch frame for the Mrs.
At the moment she has a full suspension MTB but it cannot take a child seat so it is surplus to requirements.
As cheap as possible and a close to Brighouse/Huddersfield as possible please.
