Cheap jack 90's bottom bracket with plastic rings...

in an old 97 vintage Saracen mtb frame. 6 notch rings. Seized rock solid How to get them out? Correct tool is'nt budging them, and, as the BB is shot, need to start bodging them off if the frame isn't to end up in a skip.

Tool in a vise, BB into the tool - make sure it's secure, and use the frame for leverage.

may have to use crank and/or washers to hold tool in place.

think I might just get on with stripping the frame and then lob it at my lbs.
