Cheap is definatley the word if you have a modern looking dura ace or ultegra crankset will also consider FSA and the likes if a bb is included

Cheap and Dura-Ace are not commonly associated words. I'd have DM's Ultegra off him if I were you, you won't get cheaper IMO.
