Cheapest non-BSO for my sister?

My sister has been suffering with some mental health issues and I'm convinced that going on some bike rides with me would help her. Unfortunately her current bike is a supermarket special, which cost £50, and may explain why she doesn't really enjoy riding it.

I'm tempted to buy her a bike as I'd really like to see her better but can't spend a fortune, so was wondering if anyone has any suggestions, please? I'm thinking a hybrid would suit her best, and was considering this one from Decathlon http://www.decathlon.co.uk/original-hybrid-bike-3-id_8245553.html. Any thoughts, please?

It should be a really good bike for the money. I have owned a Rockrider before and was very happy wih it. Quite a few others on here have too.

You could even go for the cheaper Rockrider 5.0.
