It is that time again,three monthly cancer check up.14-55 at the Bexley Wing.All is well.Weight now holding at 13-9 ,energy levels superb.Sleeping well eating like a horse.Having a pint or two i dooooooooo like that.Head in a good place and looking forward to Portugal very soon.Funny thing is now i cannot stand the heat twenty mins and i have to come inside for the shade.I also have to cover up and slap on factor 50,when i remember.I have just done twenty mins on the turbo and Mrs P has noticed bright red blotches on my neck,i might just mention that,all is well.Very soon i am going to try a little ride out,i am now four weeks in on the turbo training and all is well no dizzy problems,it looks like vertigo is not coming back.That's all folks.
Check up tomorrow.
