Childseat / trunkbag solution

I'm toying with the idea of getting a rack that will take a child seat when out with the kids, but that can be taken off and replaced by a rack bag for touring/commuting. The topeak babyseat 2 and disc rack system seems to fit the bill but are there any more out there to consider.

Does anyone have one for sale?

Just had a chat with the wife and she thinks that using a child carrier on her own would be awkward so prefers the idea of a quick release trailer. Thoughts and suggestions please am confused
