I had a yellow mk1 too, the fixed bar bikes never looked as good but the bars coming loose all the time on the mk1 was a bit of a pain

ten maybe twelve years ago i went to Beathearder festival wearing sandals and socks, which seemed to offend a great many people. I encouraged them to join me and embrace the sandal and sock... and whilst most refused, some did and by Saturday i had at least twelve disciples. Seems like they've kept up the good work


Oh... and I had a Tomahawk, the baby Chopper. Metallic amber paint, alloy wheels, three gears, tons of fun when you're seven years old. In fact I've still got it

I think it’s been powder coated.

This is my brother's Chopper, now languishing in a damp lock up somewhere since the photo was taken. Ironically, him being quite a bit younger than me, he wasn't old enough for them first time around.
