OK, so I was down at the Fosse Cross Recycling Centre yesterday and they have adult bikes for £10 (kids for £5).

I noticed a blue Raleigh; it says 'The Kris' on it & it's rusty blue and very original looking, smallish frame (20" or so).

I reckon it'd make a great Eroica bike or singlespeed. I was going to take it myself but SWMBO wouldn't let me.

I think the larger more usable frame sizes were just actually er well used more, and so didn't survive as much - these small sizes were probably unsold from shops or left in the shed for years when the buyer realised they had bought a bike that was too small to ride, until now
