Anyone ever used them or someone offering similar services?
They basically seem to be a complete HR department for a couple of hundred pounds a Month.
It sounds good value, any thoughts or experiences?

We use a similar company called Peninsula:-

Absolutely invaluable. (Costs us a lot more than a couple of hundred but still well worth it).

I think ours is/will be so cheap as we're only a very small company.
I think I'll go with that then, it sounds a very good service.
