not yet have been into paul's profile but there is nowhere for me to pm him

- Hover the mouse pointer over "Inbox" (top right of the screen).
- A box will drop down and you will see "Start a New Conversation" in the bottom right, click on it.
- In the "Participants" box type the person's name.
- As you type a box will drop down with suggested names, when you see the right name click on it and they will be added.
