I bought a CB Majestic in 1982 after reading a review in one of the first issues of Bicycle magazine. Does anybody have a pdf copy of that review? I can't remember how much I paid for the bike. I think that it was about £125 plus an extra £6 for a Brookes B17 saddle. The bike will be celebrating its 40th birthday soon and I have attached some photos. It's fairly original, I replaced the drop for straight handlebars about 25 years ago when my teenage daughter refused to ride with me because 'my bike was too old'. It's the original paintwork and there is no rust on the frame or wheels. I stripped it down recently and gave it a complete service. I would very much like to read the Bicycle review again.
