Basically, I missed the issue of Triathlon or C+ that had a roundup of aero bars, and I need aero bars! I dont wish to spend a great deal as they will be my 1st set and will be used on my training bike, does anyone have any suggestions/recommendations, or have hold of a copy of those mags and can provide a short summary 
I was looking at the Profile Century Aero ZB bars as they are cheap and get decent reviews however they do not appear to be Triathlon/TT legal(im not sure how important this is at the moment since Im only using them on a training bike, my race bike would require different bars anyway for shifters) and more aimed at tourers.

If anyone can suggest anything with a bit more adjustment with say a £20-30 buffer on the price range, that would be great. I realise I can just read google or product specs on wiggle, but I'd prefer the opinion of people who have actually use(d) the aero bars if possible.
