Does anyone else feel that First buses display a disproportionate number of examples of bad driving? This video compilation was taken from my last six months of commuting:

Extracts taken from the First Bus letter that was sent in response to my complaint about one of these:

All our drivers have recently undergone Advanced Driver Training, which aims to achieve improved performance in respect of driving standards; this training is provided by Smith System, Driver Improvement Institute and is highlighted as best practice in both heavy goods and public transport industry, and comprises the following:

1. Aim high in steering - Looking further ahead than other drivers

2. Get The Big Picture - Seeing more around you than other drivers

3. Keep Your Eyes Moving - Being more aware than other drivers

4. Leave Yourself An Out - Positioning in traffic better than other drivers

5. Make Sure They See You - Making yourself more visible than other drivers

... We do communicate with drivers in relation to all safety and driving style issues and we also have safety videos running in all depots in relation to cyclists and motorcyclists.
I'm not convinced that it is working.
