I'm in week 3 of getting back on the bike, last week I rode 4 days out of 5, the last ride being particularly hard with some big hills.

Felt fine yesterday, drank 3-4 pints if juice, but today my limbs are aching, I feel lethargic, tired and 'hungover'.

Is this me pushing myself too much or dehydration? Any help would be appreciated!

Too much, too soon, rest a few days, rehydrate properly (try a recovery drink) and ease off when you go out again or you will make yourself unwell. Your immune system is always depressed after exercise - stay away from anyone with a bug etc too - you need to let it recover.

Could it be hayfever if you are riding out into the country?

Also, probably better to alternate water with juice. Some can be really sugary and put you on a sugar buzz, only to come down later. Best stick to water if possible, or water and one of the sports drinks fizzy tablets for harder efforts.

I get this a lot but put it down to my body not used to me exercising and left it at that.
