Can anyone tell me whether a Peugeot Partner Van is big enough for transporting a Trek Domane 2 ?
I would imagine so. I get my road bike in my 3 door hatchback without any problems. The Partner van is pretty big in comparison.

Just make sure you have tie downs/padding to stop it rattling around in the back. It'll take it no problem at all.

Taking one or both wheels off would allow almost any bike to fit into almost any car. Might involve no passengers and seats folded down but there is very few cars that couldn't manage it. I'm sure somebody could name some combination of bike and car (penny farthing in a Smart Car  ) that wouldn't work but I've never had problems transporting a single bike in my corsa.

I'm sure I hired one of these to travel to a bike-events ride last year. There's room for at least two bikes in the back if my memory served me right! ^_^
