Today's 4.7 mile ride was punctuated by;

A. 1x Waste Disposal Lorry Pulling out in front of me
B. 1x skip delivery van pulling out in front of me
C. 1x BMW getting annoyed with me for passing on the inside kerb and "nearly hitting his wing mirror", apparently

Not sure why I don't just drive in.

PS, must get my camera back on

OK, having thought about it, I was a bit like a man possessed this morning and was probably only focused on my speed and not my safety.

I think I need to calm it down a notch.

There's a lot to be said for bimbling along, especially if there are a lot of side roads.

On the other hand I did my 10 mile route into work today and seem to have thrashed it silly, having been off on holiday and too ill to do that route before the holiday. :hyper:

I like to crack on, more or less safely but over 20 miles of that London I think the above three things happen most days

I hit a pedestrian a glancing blow on Monday, he ran through traffic, I emergency stopped from an appropriate speed, a minor collision betwixt my right fore arm and some part of him, he apologised profusely

I very rarely go down the inside of stopped traffic, it's just not worth it, i just wait in line like every other road user, but that's just me.

I did have to get my rant on at several drivers today though who deemed it okay to give me very little space whilst overtaking me on blind bends and in the h face of oncoming traffic...my middle finger was raised once today!
