Commuting again

Well it's been a long year, interrupted by illness and three lots of surgery. A total of approx 8 months on the sick, but the end is in sight. Wednesday sees my return to work, after my latest bout of surgery and hopefully there will be no more time off. Having to return to office based work for a couple of weeks, but then it should be fully back to normal.
I have really missed the almost daily commute (usually 25 miles return). So I have eagerly been preparing the bike for winter commuting over the weekend. All cleaned and lubed, mudguards and lights fitted, ready to go.
Lets just hope the wind subsides a little by Wednesday!

All the very best of luck. Glad to hear you are back on the bike. I can't imagine not commuting by bike for that long, or being off the bike that long thinking about it. Hope it all goes very well for you .
