and Youngs Brewery...

Nope. Young's sold the Ram Brewery site in Wandsworth in 2006. It's due to be redeveloped soon. There certainly hasn't been any brewing on that site for at least a year.

Young's beer is now brewed at the Charles Wells brewery in Bedford.

Depending on peoples circumstances i do agree that drivers will have to opt for a 4x4 if living in a rural community. What i do object to, is the small majority that have 4x4's in towns. People like linfordlunchbox thought i need a polo because it meets my requirements, anything bigger would be probably silly and not cost effective.

I am not the one judging you. I live in a town and have a 4x4, but my requirements demand that I used a big vehicle. Had I been able to fit 4 people in and tow a 2 tonne trailer with a smart car, I'd have made that my first choice (but they don't do that very well), and necessity has driven the choice.

That site will stay derelict for many years. The owners overpaid for it at the wrong time in the cycle and have far bigger problems elsewhere.

Having lived in London all my life except for three years spent in Leeds, I would never consider living in any other city in the UK. I would live in the suburbs of London or in the countryside but there is no other city-centre that can compete with the culture, opportunities, elegance and open-ended vibrancy that London offers. It's also cramped, expensive and nothing quite works as it should, but that's also part of its manic charm.
