Commuting from South Woodford

Going to ride up Saturday to Canary Wharf to work out my route, just wondering if there was anyone else from south woodford/woodford who commutes into the Wharf or close by?

Going to ride up Saturday to Canary Wharf to work out my route, just wondering if there was anyone else from south woodford/woodford who commutes into the Wharf or close by?

I go past canary wharf sometimes.

If you go through stratford turn left at the gala bingo and use channelsea path to abbey mills then follow road round to canal and along limehouse cut to ropemakers fields . pick up CS3 there and its almost all traffic free from Stratford to the Wharf. the worst bit will be Leytonstone High road .

perfect thank you, see how it goes on Saturday not sure which way just yet, going with a friend who used to ride it so hopefully a similar route.
