I have a argon TT bike and looking at some training wheels.

They're not training wheels. I'd get aluminium ones for better braking.

Regular rim brake rear hub width is 130mm. They'll fit.

What rims are your race wheels?
Best to get the same alu or carbon rims for the training wheels, otherwise, you will need to keep swapping the brake shoes.
