Help needed new to cycling just waiting for my road / touring bike to arrive hopefully here tomorrow , got most of the kit helmit, goggles ,shorts base layer etc , just wondering dont want to spend a fortune and dont want it for to technical use but have just seen a bell computar in asda priced £8.50 does any one know if these are cheap rubbish or good enough to do a basic job , i await some help , thanks

can't comment on the asda computer but I have the wireless 9 function one from Halfrauds and it seems just fine.

I also don't know the model you've mentioned but for me Cateye are very good and last a long time, so in the end may be cheaper!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
i have no idea, but thought id share that, I bought one off Ebay (from china) and only payed 3 pound 18 pence, including delivery from china.... YIPEEEEEEE








but it can be a little unpredictable in the whole "working" area....... may try changing the battery, but maybe there is a limit to how cheap you can go.
