Bought. That's almost half the price that I paid for my current pair, which makes me feel not so bad about having paid almost 70 quid for them at the start of the winter. And because they're flatpack they can just living in the wardrobe until I need them.

And going through Topcashback means I'll get another 5% back.

AND, I just made an amazing oriental risotto!

And gollygollygoshgosh, there's ice cream in the freezer!!!

How do you mean, harsh? I find mine fairly smooth - I can feel bumps and stones and stuff but I put that down to the high pressure (more than I can get in with a handpump). When I push it through the train station it feels like a feather, unlike other more frictiony tyres I've had.

Not being funny, but that is a fab deal. Ordered. Cheers.

Big fan of these tyres as they are fast, robust and grippy. They also last. The nearest I could find were Michelin Lithion2's - much cheaper, gripped well, but whey wear out faster, but much cheaper.

But at £39 for two, Lithions are £32 for two, no brainer. Normal price £60 a pair or more.

These are the ultimate road bike commute tyre, but at this price, wow.

Sorry, they are less compliant than Michelins (absorb road shocks/roll better) - I'm used to Pro Race for my road bikes, then used GP4 seasons for the commute for two years, they were fast but a little harsh, shifted to Michelin Lithion 2's , they were like Pro Race, but did wear quicker than 4 Seasons. 4 Seasons are very expensive usually though..

See my post above as at £39 for two is a bargain. Ordered some more myself as £39 for top end commute tyres compared to £32 for Lithions - normal price is over £60.

Thats a good price, if I had bought pro 4 endurance tyres as spares for my kyrlion (if they ever wear out) I'd have ordered a pair. They're too good for my commuter; I'm contemplating a pair of bonti hardcases (£30) or a pair of Bonti lights (£24), only problem the latter deal is in yellow or blue and my SS bike is black with a white saddle.
