converting files for a dvd player

hi, iu have downloaded some files from the sufferest website for turbo ytaining. i have tv dvd player in garage are there any programs that would convert the files to play on a standard dvd player and allow episode selection eg different files on screen? any help appreciated of course i could take her laptop down and try to make some room for it.
